Keep growing in Ibiza
Ever since I first started learning and practicing yoga in India, and then in Europe, I've been designing and tailoring my classes based on the needs and levels of the clients. My lessons are dynamic and challenging, engaging and accessible.Classes include a mix of elements from different Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini and Yin Yoga. My ability to build a strong energy flow during the session will lead the practitioner through a mystic journey into themself.Possess in-depth knowledge aboutbreathing techniques and a deep passion for anatomy and movement many of the practices are working on flexibility and strength and focusing, in particular, on strengthening the spine, with the aim of relieving pain. Each class will start with Pranayama (breathing practice) and will end with therapeutic sound healing with Tibetan bowls and Reiki Shavasana.

Why Creative Yoga?
CREATE WITH THE BODY
During the lessons, through body movement we give birth to new energies, vibrations, sensations and emotions in order to increase self-confidence and strengthen our inner power. Creative Yoga was created with the aim of creating physical expansion and suspension, rebalancing the nervous system and stimulating awakenings and changes on an emotional level. What we are therefore looking for is a balance of the psycho-emotional sphere for greater self-awareness.
HEAL
When we talk about healing in Creative Yoga, we are not just talking about improvements on a physical level but also on an emotional and mental level. In fact, our aim is not only to relieve pain, reduce harassment, solve physical, postural or respiratory problems, but also to purify and re-establish an emotional balance, gradually allowing ourselves to forgive ourselves and make peace with ourselves.
Most of the time these healing processes are not easy to deal with and the changes can be bitter but never impossible.
CREATING CONSCIOUSNESS
At the basis of this project we find the desire and feeling of the need to create a new consciousness on a human level. Being more aware of our body, our mind and our spirit strengthens in us a new state of awareness towards ourselves and others. This refers to the concept of Sarvabhauma or Yoga available to all humanity, without discrimination based on skin color, politics, gender, sex or age. The importance of "leaving the ego out" to really focus only on yourself, avoiding labels, judgments and comparisons. All Creative Yoga students collaborate together to evolve, grow and spread this ideology of union and equality in real life, in the world outside, beyond our mat.
LETTING GO TO RE-CREATE
One of the fundamental concepts that I like to highlight in every lesson is that of letting go.
Letting go during Yoga practice must teach us to let go in everyday life. It's about generating an attitude that frees us from the patterns we have installed and which make us live life at a pace that is too fast and demanding. Knowing how to identify, and then knowing how to abandon attitudes, thoughts and ideas that are repeated in us to re-create a new self and a better version of me.
